Attorney-Adviser (General)

As an Attorney-Adviser (General), you will be responsible for the following duties: If selected at the GS-12 or GS-13 levels, duties will be performed in a developmental capacity. Serves as an Associate Counsel advising on multiple legal specialties. Portfolio and daily workload will be assigned based on office workload to support office needs. Provide legal services related to the DLA Disposition Services mission and professionals at all levels of the organization. Provide legal advice on a wide range of legal issues in the fields of federal surplus property management and sales, Contract Law, Employment Law, Environmental Law, Freedom of Information Act, International Law, Operational Law, Privacy Act and Standards of Conduct.
