Health System Specialist

Facilitate the integration or consolidation of the programs or processes by negotiating and/or mediating agreement between the various organizations. Analyze programs to determine where there are parallel or duplicate programs or processes. Coordinate multiple projects associated with health care programs and systems to include information systems. Assess several alternatives to assist customers in justifying investments and in planning their budgets for recommended solutions. Encourage participative project-management to minimize change resistance.
