SUPERVISORY SOIL SCIENTIST

Provide the state leadership role of interdisciplinary technical and resources application teams utilizing soils information. Provides leadership and coordination for NCSS policies and procedures with all cooperators in the state. Provides supervision and guidance to members of the State Soils Program staff and/or Resource Soil Scientists performing a full range of supervisory functions. Works with MLRA regional office and Soil Survey office leaders, NCSS cooperators, state agencies, units of government and others with the state as a member of the MLRA Management Team.
