About the role
You will evaluate overall shop and/or project workload, identify priorities, and recommend shifting assignments accordingly. You will conduct both long and short-range work schedule planning to identify and coordinate training, medical qualification and work qualification requirements. You will maintain continuous contact with shop or project superintendents, informing them on potential and accepted work. You will direct the resource/manning utilizations and planning effort for all shop or project personnel. You will provide ongoing leadership continuity and perform a variety of requirements for budget, manpower, material, facilities and services necessary to support the Production Resources Department and its subordinate elements.
