About the role
As a Human Resources Specialist, you will provide oversight and analysis on a variety of programs and policies related to Human Capital. This includes providing analysis and recommendations for improvement of staffing, classification, organization structure, data and trend analysis, non-disciplinary removals, performance management, workplace safety, awards processing, and benefits. This position starts at a salary of $89,508.00 (GS-12, Step 1) to $138,370.00 (GS-13, Step 10. Typical duties include: Providing analytical insight into the table of organization for a variety of directorates and divisions across HRM, monitoring to ensure positions are accurately recorded and that on board data is kept up to date Developing and analyzing progress on a comprehensive recruitment plan for the directorates and divisions assigned to HRM and providing analytical data reporting to capture employment levels and recruitment trends Advising leadership on the status of recruitment efforts and takes ne
