Attorney-Advisor (Personnel Law)

Serves as a principal legal advisor for DCAA in civilian personnel law matters and provides information, legal interpretations, consultation and advice. Renders legal advice and coordinated legal opinions with respect to questions, regulations, practices, actions, or other legal matters within DCAA's purview. Advises on, assists, and coordinates the efforts of DCAA non-attorney specialists and management officials when performing management representation duties. Independently plans, prepares, organizes, and provides legal representation for DCAA and its top executives in ADR, administrative litigation and claims. Provides information, legal interpretations, consultation and advice on matters involving administrative law and performs other duties related to the operations of DCAA OGC.
