About the role
You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst (Cryptologic Requirements Analyst) in the Fleet Warfare Requirements and Assessments Division, Warfare Requirements Directorate at U.S. Fleet Cyber Command (FLTCYBERCOM). You will identify and articulate urgent/emergent Electronic Warfare, Signals Intelligence, Information Operations and Information Warfare warfighting capability gaps and operational needs in support of Fleet Cyber Command requirements. You will update and review tasking requirements to identify, influence, and support to ensure Navy operational requirements are being met. You will identify and interpret relevant information including government and industry standards/practices to present innovative alternative approaches to senior leadership and address critical programming issues.
