PROGRAM ANALYST

You will be the subject matter expert in capabilities development and manage the Concept of Operations process for Warfighting and Platform capability wholeness integration. You will develop processes and manage transition of new/modernized warfare capabilities, platforms and systems. You will provide policy recommendations and technical/process expertise in the development of Fleet warfighting capability requirements. You will coordinate capabilities development and transition across multiple warfare disciplines, and provide technical assistance to Combatant Command staffs on related technical issues.
