Advanced Technology Vehicles Manufacturing (ATVM) Loan Program, authorized by Section 136 of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 (as amended). Tribal Energy Loan Guarantee Program (TELGP), authorized by Section 2602 of the Energy Policy Act of 1992, as amended by EPAct and other.
