About the role
You will direct and oversee staffing procedures to include structure, workload estimation techniques, workforce identification (military, civilian, and contract), administrative procedures and processes of planning for future objectives. You will function as the business manager and the principal interface with representatives from outside offices, agencies, and private industry. You will oversee fiscal operations to include planning, programming, budgeting, and execution for all programs and training element operations. You will monitor resource allocations on fiscal spending plans and resource expenditure for funds from all sources. You will direct the implementation of higher-level policies, practices, and procedures.
