About the role
The selectee will serve as a Network Intrusion Forensic Analyst in the Office of Field Operations. Typical work assignments include: Serving as a Network Intrusion Forensic Analyst and performing digital forensic examinations and live analysis on operational computer systems and/or networks. Serving as a digital forensic analyst who utilizes specialized hardware and software to conduct complex digital forensic analysis in support of complex criminal investigations. Preparing technical written reports detailing the findings of their examination of digital evidence. Serving and testifying as a witness as required at trials in support of criminal proceedings.
