PURCHASING AGENT

You will review, edit, and purchase items or services to ensure the item or service is adequately described based on the requestor's need and is consistent with local and area policies. You will collect data to conduct price analysis; Prepare solicitations; tailor terms and conditions; apply Federal and regional regulations and procedures; develop vendor questions; issue amendments; and publish solicitation and award notices. You will be responsible for contract oversight and administration. You will oversee purchase card and accountable property programs, ensuring compliance, financial accountability, fraud protection, and accurate reporting through automated systems. You will file required financial disclosure statements.
