SUPERVISORY ESL SPECIALIST

SUMMARY: The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Section Chief, General/Specialized/Advanced English and to act as a primary academic advisor to the Chief of the Academic Instruction Branch on DoD English Language Program (DELP) matters pertaining to resident training programs. Military student ranks include cadets, privates, NCOs, officers, general officers and senior civilian executive service equivalent members. Students represent all age groups, services, educational, cultural and religious backgrounds. Additionally, the purpose of this position is to foster goodwill among the diverse groups of international military and civilian students in support of the Department of Defense mission of building partnerships.
