Production Controller (Ordnance)

Prepares work orders based on manufacturing schedules developed to meet customer requirements for production, research and development, commercial and support mission items. Compiles work to be accomplished by contract in coordination with the planning and procurement organizations. Schedules workload into shops and support areas for assigned production items. Reviews requirements on master schedules using a material resource planning software. Manages multiple drawing number line items and production programs setting production and shipment schedules. Coordinates with Contracting Officer on solutions to problems in connection with contract awards and deliveries. Coordinates with Supply Division and the Planning Group to execute production and projects.
