About the role

Monitors the status of large-scale facility and infrastructure projects to determine the program of projects is on track with planned schedules and compliant with organizational standards, requirements, and applicable regulations. Evaluates work requests for completeness of information, technical complexity, and urgency before processing them into project requests. Coordinates with multiple divisions to ensure project plans and current progress are aligned with Master Plan activities. Operates personal computer equipment in creating and maintaining tracking documents/tools for facility project status and develops and maintains division process documents. Conducts on-site technical-oriented inspections of ongoing facility projects to validate status reported by contractors and serves as a Contract Officer Representative (COR).
