About the role

You will recommend quality improvements to shop management based on lessons learned from audits, investigation analysis, and special studies results. You will prepare various monthly/quarterly reports. You will ensure safe work practices are followed. You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work. You will conduct internal program, process and ship overhaul audits to identify quality problems and opportunities for improvements. You will review training materials and conduct quality assurance training classes for employees of the Service group.
