SUPERVISORY SPECIAL OPERATIONS DOCTRINE SPECIALIST

Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Doctrine and Lessons Learned Branch ensuring doctrine and lessons learned activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management. Represents Doctrine and Lessons Learned Branch with a variety of Division and Directorate functional area organizations. Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Doctrine and Lessons Learned Branch by translating strategy and policy guidance into management actions to ensure mission accomplishment.
