HOUSING MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

You will brief and counsel DoD, accompanied and unaccompanied personnel on leasing practices, standards of conduct, availability of assistance in resolving complaints, deposits and responsibility of occupants in normal care of premises. You will inspect landlord's properties, provide referrals and informational brochures/booklets. You will obtain listings of vacant living accommodations in apartments, houses, individual residences, housing developments and mobile home parks within the commuting vicinity in support of the Housing Referral Program. You will assist PPV housing tenants in resolving complaints and disputes concerning various situations in accordance with Business Agreements.
