About the role
You will contact housing personnel to plan or coordinate management functions to assist in maximizing resources for maintenance, repairs, or inspections. You will investigate occupant concerns and complaints to recommend solutions in resolving issues according the policies. You will respond to occupant problems and complaints to provide solutions for resolutions. You will provide technical guidance; identify training needs; interview and select candidates for vacancies; recommend promotions; approve leave; recommend awards and resolve disciplinary issues.
