TRAINING SPECIALIST

You will provide guidance, assistance, and direction to the naval shipyard in the application of Instructional System Design (ISD) and technology to the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of shipyard training. You will provide support and direction to all aspects of the technical and contractual development of a wide variety of training systems from traditional, to web-based and emerging technology programs and products. You will prepare lesson plans and training materials based on course objectives. You will provide for training and development of training personnel in Instructional System Design (ISD) processes and techniques. You will schedule and coordinate classroom sessions designed to provide, update, and improve and upgrade the knowledge and skills of shipyard personnel.
