PROGRAM MANAGER

Manages and directs the branch’s activities by supervising subordinate teams of program and project managers. Represents the District at meetings, briefings, conferences, hearings, etc. with higher headquarters, officials of other Federal agencies, state, county, and local authorities, and the public on matters related to proposed or approved projects. Coordinates, plans, and executes the work of the branch through subordinate supervisors. Ensures compliance with regulations and agreements with sponsors and government agencies. Collaborates with other Branch Chiefs to ensure overall program coordination for planning, engineering, real estate, contracting, construction, and legal issues.
