Program Analyst (Project Controller)

Serve on project delivery teams to plan and execute the District’s diverse and complex Civil Works and Interagency and International Support (IIS) programs. Develop and maintain data and information pertinent to project schedules and resourcing budgets in accordance with policy, guidance, and quality standards. Understand and apply principles and requirements for schedule management and P2/PROMIS resourcing, to include policy and guidance from higher headquarters and the Project Delivery Business Process (PDBP). Complete tasks and conduct quality control to create and manage schedule and resourcing data in the enterprise automated information systems for project initiation, execution, and closeout. Provide reports and analysis to support PPPMD and District leadership in evaluating program execution and Workload-Workforce requirements.
