Safety and Occupational Health Specialist (OTI Safety Instructor)

This position will serve as an Instructor at the OSHA Training Institute (OTI) specializing in Safety. Duties for the OTI Safety Instructor include, but are not limited to, the following: Conducting training using curriculum developed using the Instructional Systems Design (ISD). Teaching and demonstrating correct use of testing and monitoring instruments used by safety and health inspectors. Conducting training in a wide range of complex occupational safety subject matter at basic and advanced levels. Communicating expertise and ideas to participants in the classroom and laboratory. Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in performance and oversight of developmental work.
