SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST

You will be the principal advisor to the Quality Assurance Department Head and mangers on management policies and programs, administrative matters, personnel, and the department point of contact. You will be responsible for analyzing technical, quality, administrative, financial and scheduling data/information related to PSNS and IMF QAO nuclear and non-nuclear workload, training, resource utilization and budget. You will research, interpret, analyze and apply the appropriate guidelines, policies, and regulations to all tasks. You will establish policies for the division and assist the Director and Deputy Director with establishing policies for the department; reviewing, writing and updating Standard Operating Procedures. You will identify requirements and initiate requests for additional resources including personnel, overtime, equipment, supplies, and space to ensure success in meeting goals and objectives.
