General Engineer, AST, Flight Systems Operations (Direct Hire)

Perform long term technical strategic planning and integration. Develop consistent approaches on areas where performance limits are being approached and capture knowledge and lessons learned that could be applied in other programs. Provide recommendations to the leadership team on areas of opportunity and long-range projection of resource needs for technical issue resolution, testing, and operations product management. Develop mission, spacecraft, on-board systems, and/or training requirements necessary to ensure compatibility between mission objectives, vehicle capabilities, crew safety, and mission success.
