About the role
If selected for this position, you will serve as a district Information Technology (IT) Specialist responsible for providing technical and analytical assistance involving three or more IT specialty areas which support the information management needs of the United States Attorney's Office (USAO). Typical work assignments will include: Providing customer service technical assistance and support for users. Assisting customers by recognizing and analyzing trends and providing instructions. Analyzing, managing, and direct installation of any new hardware and software introduced into the environment to ensure its compatibility with existing architecture, its reliability, and functionality in relation to the organization's business requirements. Performing system audits to assess security parameters and performance of AI controls within the network environment USAO information needs utilizing network hardware and software capabilities.
