You will be accountable for meeting the cost, schedule, and performance expectations of the Sustainment Enterprise Operations Team within the USCG IPT with regards to planning, direction, and success of program development and research or technology. You will manage high-ranking stakeholder requirements from external agencies which may include highly unstructured settings to justify, defend, negotiate, or settle matters involving significant or controversial issues. You will represent the command within high level committees and groups with the responsibility to defend the activity's position, influence resource allocation, and effect changes to project goals.
