LEAD CONTRACT SPECIALIST

You will develop new approaches and innovative strategies to support contract terms, conditions, and/ or major systems acquisitions. You will research, learn, and apply a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods to identify, assess, analyze and improve team effectiveness, efficiency and work products. You will ensure that the work of the team is carried out by performing a range of coordinating and supportive duties and responsibilities, communicating and supporting plans, vision and mission of the Command. You will exchange information, provide technical expertise, as well as identify and resolve potential problems. You will interpret Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) audits to resolve issues with contractor and government personnel.
