About the role
Deliver executive and leadership development programs across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats. Facilitate complex discussions, workshops, and experiential learning activities for senior-level audiences. Analyze training data, participant engagement, and program outcomes to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements. Develop reports, executive briefings, and actionable insights to inform leadership decision-making. Collaborate with curriculum designers and stakeholders to refine instructional materials and ensure alignment with Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs). Provide expert guidance on training strategies, instructional design, and learning solutions to meet organizational needs. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program quality, delivery methods, and learner outcomes.
