TECHNICIAN

You will use standard practices, guides, and recurring precedents to provide technical support for the manufacture energetic materials. You will be responsible for propellant and explosive mixing, double base propellant extrusion and processing, unit disassembly, hardware preparation, sub-assembly and assembly, and motor load and pack-out. You will lead subtasks of large projects as a member of a technical task team in order to maintain project quality and the implementation of continuous process improvements. You will review tests and test results under the supervision of senior technicans and engineers. You will be part of an immediate work group maintaining product quality and implementing continuous process improvements. You will work toward resolution of problems associated with product quality, design, and adaption of process equipment, under the supervision of senior technicians and engineers.
