About the role
As a Human Resources Specialist (Employee & Labor Relations/Performance Management), you will: Develop, draft, and revise Treasury Directives, policy manuals, and enterprise guidance. Lead Treasury-wide policy workgroups and develop implementation guidance in response to legislative or regulatory changes. Establish enterprise standards, accountability metrics, and governance frameworks. Conduct policy compliance reviews and program assessments across bureaus. Analyze enterprise data trends involving discipline, performance actions, grievances, and arbitration outcomes. Advise DASHR leadership, and senior Treasury officials on high-impact policy matters. Develop Treasury-wide labor relations policy positions. Develop Treasury-wide performance management policy enhancements.
