SUPERVISORY CONTRACT SPECIALIST

You will be responsible for contracts related to design, construction, utilities, alteration, maintenance, facility support services, research and development, energy, information technology, and environmental engineering of shore facilities. You will oversee and lead efforts to plan, develop, advertise, negotiate, award, administer, and/or terminate contracts supporting long range procurement programs. You will make decisions or recommendations on the interpretation and content of federal regulations and agency policies concerning development and management of complex procurements. You will serve as principal contracting advisor to senior level customer personnel and Command/Business Line representatives. You will assist the CCO in resolving inquiries from the Small Business Administration, Department of Labor, Office of the Secretary of the Navy or customer equivalent, industry associations, individual contractors, and/or Members of Congress.
