Pharmacist Facility Program Manager - Informatics

Major duties include, but are not limited to the following: Program Management - Clinical Informatics: The Program Manager will support clinical pharmacy services and is directly responsible for monitoring and managing related data information systems. Activities shall include: Assisting the Clinical Services Program Manager with the overall management of clinical services and personnel by managing the data analytics and information systems for the pharmacy department. Providing administrative, technical, analytical, and data processing support to Pharmacy Service. Participates in Pharmacy Service information management managerial decisions and policy development. Evaluates current information management procedures and practices to determine compliance with VHA Directives/Handbooks, OIG, Joint Commission, and other regulatory standards and assisting with the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
