Supervisory Human Resources Specialist

Serves as the supervisor, expert advisor, and the primary consultant to the highest level of officials and management, in the organizational segments serviced, covering all areas of Federal civilian human resources (HR) management. Serves as an expert and senior consultant to top agency management officials to advise on advanced and complex Federal civilian staffing, Employee Relations, and classification issues.
