WOOD CRAFTER (INSTRUCTOR)

Operates and maintains a woodworking shop for patron use. Equips shop with a variety of woodworking and wood crafting equipment. Maintains stock of wood, wood products, and other woodworking shop supplies to complete a variety of woodworking projects. Prepares shop budget. Prepares requests for supplies and equipment required for shop operation. Registers patrons, collects appropriate fees, and issues materials, tools, and equipment. Requests supplies and equipment for shop operations. Controls and accounts for funds. Develops curriculum for skills development woodworking classes. Demonstrates proper techniques and methods used in building, refinishing and repairing wood projects.
