HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (LABOR & EMPLOYEE RELATIONS)

You will promote effective employee-management relations. You will conduct systematic strategies to develop management interests and respond to union interests at the bargaining table. You will act as technical advisor on controversial and complex Unfair Labor Practices and grievances. Issues may have significant impact on mission accomplishment, budget, and impact large numbers of employees or entail similar consequences. You will provide advice and assistance in the areas of discipline, adverse actions, grievances, employee counseling, and related functions. You will provide advice and assistance on grievance procedures and options for resolution of conflicts or problems.
