HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (EMPLOYEE BENEFITS)

You will serve as a technical consultant for the Injury Compensation Program (ICP) and Drug Free Workplace Program (DFWP). You will coordinate with Equal Employment Opportunity, Training Department, Comptroller, and Safety Office to provide advisory and training services. You will interpret laws, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance with procedures for operations and program maintenance of the Federal Employee Compensation (FECA) program.
