About the role
You will communicate to the staffing team any assignment, project, problem to be solved, actionable events, milestones, and/or program issues under review, and deadlines and time frames for completion. You will distribute and balance workload and tasks among employees; making adjustments to accomplish the workload to ensure timely accomplishment of tasks and that each employee has an integral role in developing the final team product. You will serve as HR consultant to management on all personnel staffing matters with responsibility for resolving controversial, complex and difficult types of problem cases.
