PROGRAM ANALYST

You will provide cost estimates, cost analysis, reconciliation of cost estimates, financial planning, formulating financial and budget requirements as well as analysis/execution of efforts. You will provide planning, tracking, and execute programmatic projects to satisfy customer requirements. You will identify, develop, define and communicate with team leadership and competency managers, manpower resource allocation and funding requirements, to ensure an executable project. You will perform program analyses and make trade-off decisions based on performance, cost, risk, and schedule within approved constraints and thresholds.
