Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist

Serve as a Logistics Management Specialist with responsibility for planning, directing, coordinating, managing, and executing the Institute’s various logistics programs. Oversee the Property Accountability Program. Oversee the Clinical Engineering Department and the maintenance and repair of specialized medical and laboratory equipment. Manage the organization's Freight and Fleet Programs. Participate in the Controlled Medical Item Management Program by serving as the Institute’s Registrant with the Drug Enforcement Agency. Function as the Supply Chain Manager for acquisitions, serving as a Government Purchase Card Billing Official. Perform contract management and surveillance to ensure contract requirements and performance metrics are being met, provides written and verbal feedback to contracting personnel.
