About the role
Designs and develops comprehensive clinical curricula, training modules, and medical readiness programs. Administers the Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) program for the organization or designated area. Ensures regulatory compliance by aligning all educational activities with professional nursing standards. Evaluates the effectiveness and impact of clinical training and professional development programs. Applies advanced instructional design and adult learning principles to customize educational content. Conducts ongoing educational needs assessments and clinical gap analyses for the nursing staff. Directs and mentors clinical preceptors, unit-based educators, and other instructional staff.
