BUDGET ANALYST

Analyzes, develops, and evaluates issues and develops recommendations to resolve substantive problems/issues of effectiveness and efficiency of funding operations in a major command program. Performs budget execution and administration work involving the monitoring of obligations incurred and the actual expenditures of a budget with different sources and types of funding, such as direct annual, multi-year, and no-year appropriations; allotments; transfer of funds from other agencies; and refunds. Provides advice, assistance, and guidance on financial and budget related information. Conducts analyses, reviews, and special studies of budget and/or related information. Provides assistance and support to human resource management AETC Manpower and Personnel Directorate on human resources management to support AETC/A1 missions.
