Maintenance Worker

Ensures guests rooms are in good working order. Addresses issues and performs minor construction and repair on existing structures involving plumbing, painting, HVAC and drywall repair. Responds to guest requests for maintenance, diagnosing and repairing issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting and drywall repair. Maintains the cleanliness and functionality of common areas such as lobbies, business centers and laundry areas. Works with other hotel staff to address guest needs and ensure a positive guest experience. Installs tile, cove base and interior trim using preplanned materials such as baseboard and molding. Repairs and refinishes furniture and repairs counter tops. Replaces broken or missing acoustical ceiling tile, window screens, wooden porches door jambs and other damaged wood components.
