1. Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of (502CS/SCOI - Infrastructure), ensuring that (Network Management) complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. 2. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. 3. Represents (502CS/SCOI - Infrastructure), (Network Management) with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. 4. Analyzes equipment and software reliability and utilization reports to identify and correct problem areas and to establish computer and telecommunications performance levels. 5. Performs in-depth analysis and feasibility studies of automated and manual systems related to network and/or telecommunications design to meet user network requirements.
