Operations Support Assistant

This position is assigned to the Department of the Air Force Fisher House (DAFFH) and responsible forproviding assistance and/or support in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the facility. Duties and Responsibilities:Admin/Clerical: Assists in answering phones when needed and makes limited electronic entry of the Fisher House registration forms.Reports incident/injury rule violations to management. Generates and prints the housekeeping report. Assists volunteers inaccomplishment of their tasks. Provides volunteers and others with orientation tours of the facility areas. Guest services: Assists guests with checking in/out. Demonstrates how to use room amenities. Responds to guest's special requests.Report any changes in status or areas of concern to management. Assures guest satisfaction by inquiring about comfort and needs.Elevates complaints to management. Provides general information and facility policies on access and behaviors.
