Facilities Operations Specialist (Open to both U.S. Citizens and Federal Employees)

The Facilities Operations Specialist: Ensures facility systems, structures, and grounds are maintained, modified, and used safely, efficiently, and effectively. Assists with tracking system operating data and analyzing results to identify adverse trends affecting performance efficiency. Assists with developing plans, budgets, schedules, work specifications and statements of work for services and projects performed by vendors, contractors, and interagency agreements. Monitors and maintains a preventive maintenance and machinery history program for facility and lab trailer equipment. Assists the Safety Manager; responsible for the safety and critical activities of the WFLHD.
