ACQUISITION ANALYST

Develops procurement documents (PWS, IGCE, QASP, J and A, D and F, source selection plans) Advises on acquisition strategies and compliance with statutes, regulations, and DoD/Army policy. Tracks contract spend, burn rate, funding levels, and contractor labor rates. Reviews contracts and deliverables for compliance with FAR and PWS requirements. Evaluates contractor performance, funding execution, and compliance with regulations. Supports short and long term procurement planning and organizational goals. Identifies inconsistencies, risks, or inefficiencies in contract processes. Compiles data for DA/DoD taskers and validates manpower/budget submissions (PDC, CMRA). Analyzes transactions in GFEBS and assists users with financial system issues. Conducts in depth reviews of contract progress and recommends corrective actions.
