Supervisory Management and Program Analyst

Implements and administers comprehensive human resource management programs—including performance management (CCAS, DCIPS, DPMAP), acquisition career management, awards, and civilian training—to ensure compliance with DoD, DA, ATEC, and ATC policies Develop and issues supplemental administrative policy guidance to address organizational needs and ensure consistent execution of HR and administrative programs. Interprets and applies regulations, policies, and directives to advise leadership and ensure accurate execution of HR and administrative functions. Performs expert analysis of administrative and HR processes, identifying deficiencies and implementing improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness. Serves as the command’s HR Program Manager and SME, providing authoritative guidance on civilian and military personnel management, staffing, awards, and workforce development Coordinates and resolves personnel issues with the Civilian Human Resources Service Center (CHRSC) and ATEC
