About the role
Use procedures for automated timekeeping systems to input and process time and attendance records for Division staff payroll. (GS-07) Track labor funds and identify future funding needed. (GS-07) Compile data from automated systems to produce briefing slides and materials on topics that involve budget, finance, training, organization functions, work status, administrative functions or similar topics. (GS-07) Adjust administrative assignments in response to changes in procedures, priorities, workload or staff absences to meet organization deadlines. (GS-09) Analyze procedural problems to recommend changes that improve accomplishment of administrative work. (GS-09) Comply with federal acquisition regulations for use of Government credit cards to purchase supplies and equipment for the organization. (GS-09) The responsibilities listed above are not all the duties the incumbent will be performing. If selected at the GS-07, the incumbent may be non-competitively promoted to the target level
