Contact Representative (Office Automation)

Communicate with the Emergency Department and Nursing Staff to arrange patient transfers to other healthcare facilities. Provide administrative support to the Air Evacuation section by monitoring flight manifests for incoming and outgoing patients, and distribute manifests to appropriate staff. Gather demographic data for patient admission and assemble patient ward packets to distribute updated admission and disposition reports. Assist the supervisor in distributing workload among employees to ensure alignment with established workflow and timelines. Instruct employees on specific tasks and job techniques and provide written instructions and reference materials as needed. Prepare and submit written reports to the supervisor of employee’s performance, training needs and disciplinary matters.
